ଓଡିଶା ସେସାଇଟି ଅଫ୍ ଆମେରିକା ( OSA ) ର ବାର୍ଷିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ “ମିଳନ ତରଗଂ”-Tides of Harmony “ର ଆନ୍ତରିକ ପ୍ରଚେଷ୍ଟା ଆମେରିକାରେ ରହୁଥିବା ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଓଡିଆ ଭାଈ ଭଉଣୀ ମାନକୁଂ ଏକ ମନୋରଂଜକ ପୂର୍ଣ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସମସ୍ତ କୁଂ ଏକତା ସୂତ୍ରରେ ବାନ୍ଧି ରଖିବା । ଏହା ଏକ ଅଭିନବ ଓ ଅଭିଜ୍ଞ ପ୍ରୟାସ ।
“ ମିଳନ ତରଗଂ “ର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଟି ତରଗଂର ଏକତ୍ରତାରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ଏକ ଯୁଗାନ୍ତକୀରୀ ଗୈାରବନୀୟ ଐତିହ ।
ଯେପରି ହଜାର ହଜାର ତରଗଂ ଏକ ସୁଦୀର୍ଘ ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ମିଶି ତାର ବିଶାଳତାର ପରିଚୟ ଦିଅନ୍ତି, ସେହିପରି “ ମିଳନ ତରଗଂ” ଅନେକ ତରଗଂ ର ଏକତ୍ରିକରଣ ରେ ହେବ ଏକ ବିରାଟ ସୁଦୀର୍ଘ ସେତୁ ଯାହା ପୁରାତନ ପିଢି ସହିତ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ହୋଇ ନୂତନ ଯୁବ ଶକ୍ତି, ନୂତନ ପିଢି ନୂତନ ପ୍ରେରଣା ରେ ଉଦଭୁଦ ହୋଇ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବେ ଏକ ବିସ୍ମୟକାରୀ ଐତିହ, ଅବିସ୍ମରଣୀୟ ନିଜସ୍ବ ଓଡିଆ ମୌଳିକତା, ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରିବେ ଆମ ଗର୍ବ ଗୌରବକୁ, ଅକ୍ଷୁର୍ଣ ରଖିବେ ଆମ ଓଡିଆ ସ୍ବାଭିମାନ କୁ ।
