OSA Convention Registration Guidelines

1. Online Convention Registration Access:
   Online Convention registration is available only to logged-in users. If you are accessing the page for the first time, then you have to register on this site using the same email ID used for your OSA (The Odisha Society of the Americas) account. Please note this website does not use the same credentials as OSA. Your can view the website registration instructions here
2. Profile Information Verification:
   Please verify and update all your personal and family details on OSA website before registering. The convention registration form will automatically fetch your details from the OSA website.
3. Viewing and Editing your existing Reservation:
   Your existing reservation can be viewed and edited using the same "Registration -> Online Registration" Link.
4. Age Categories for Meal Plans:
   
   • Children aged 7–12 will be considered as kids.
   • Individuals aged 13 and above will be considered as adults.
   • Children aged 6 and below will receive free meals.
   Please ensure that accurate ages are provided in the registration form. Distinctly colored food coupons will be issued for kids and adults.
5. Registration and Food Costs:
   Here are the details of registration and meal charges for the event. Food cost is per individual. Breakfast is included as part of hotel room booking. (L - Lunch, S - Snacks, D - Dinner).

6. URMI Magazine and Directory soft copy (ECO Friendly):
   You have the option to receive a digital (soft) copy of the URMI magazine and directory instead of a physical one. By choosing the digital copy, you will receive a $10 discount on your registration fee. Please note that no physical copy will be provided if this option is selected.
7. Payment Instructions:
   
   • Payments must be completed within 15 days of submitting the registration form.
   • Please include “OSACONV2026” and your registration confirmation number in the payment reference.
   • Kindly allow up to 7 days for your payment to reflect in our system.
8. Early Bird Registration Policy:
   If you have opted for early bird registration but fail to make the payment by the early bird registration end date, your registration will automatically switch to the regular rate.
9. OSA Membership Requirement:
   All convention attendees must be OSA member.
   If your visiting parents or family members are attending but are not OSA members, please contact the Convention Registration Team to have them added to your registration.
10. Identity Verification:
    Please carry an identity proof to the registration counter while collecting your welcome kit. The registartion team may need to verify your identity during this process.
11. Cancellations:
    If registration is cancelled after May 31st 2026 and on or before June 25th 2026, a nominal convenience fee of $100 will be charged. Beyond June 25th 2026, the registration can not be canceled and is non refundable. Please contact Convention Registration Team to cancel any existing registration.
